Choose between Pan Seared Sockeye over Spinach & Lemon Risotto with Braised Fennel or Slow Braised Beef Short Rib with Horseradish Mashed Potato, Glazed Root Vegetables & Brussel Sprouts with a Red Wine Demi Glace for your main course.
