ABOUT As you may know, Giving Tuesday is a growing global movement dedicated to giving back after Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Every year on Giving Tuesday, millions of people across Canada and around the globe show up, give back, and change their communities, creating a massive wave of generosity. On Tuesday, November 28, our goal is to raise $25,000 to continue our work to support our most vulnerable community members.
As a community non-profit, we rely on grants, government funding, and the generosity of our donors to keep our programs running. It is only with this support that SCCSS can be there when our under resourced and consequently most vulnerable community members need us the most - offering 30+ services that support pregnant moms and new parents, families, children, youth, adults, and seniors through crisis response, support programs, housing, and advocacy. https://www.sccss.ca/
