Our plastic problem is our oil problem
If oil drilling leaks, tar sands and tanker spills ain't enough for you, there is Plastic Pollution! A terrible blight on our planet. It makes me feel that the plastic producers and executives should be paying to clean up the worlds oceans first and foremost! The United Nations should consider holding these executives accountable for crimes against humanity. Why are we not investing every resource imaginable in clean energy and a sustainable future for the planet?
Our Today is Forever.
Our plastic problem is our oil problem.
PLASTIC - from production and distribution to consumption and pollution.
It all comes from the same stuff, crude.

Right on! Our addiction to plastic is part of our addiction to oil. I wish more people realized this!
ReplyDeleteSlowly most countries are getting rid of plastic use through recycling and prohibiting it's usage on markets and mall. If only they can do the same thing with oil and use alternative energy source then problem solved.
