"It is a song that claps for the hand that helps it, and bows to those who love live music and musicians."
Janet Panic's indie folk rock sound has built her a reputation as one of Canada's premier songwriters over the past ten years. Her captivating solo performances have attracted the attention of names such as Bruce Allen and Daniel Lanois all the while expanding a dedicated fan base nationwide.
Janet tells me you can VOTE for her video by signing up as a member of the Aboriginal Peoples Choice Awards. She is in the company of many other amazing artists so every vote counts and is special. Voting closes Oct 6, 2010.

The media reports Vancouver and British Columiba have seen the largest salmon run on the Fraser River in a century. It means lots of fresh salmon from local fisherman who also sell halibut, crab, cod, and prawns right from their boats. First Nations will also be serving up some delicious smoked salmon.
You can buy fresh seafood from the docks, wharfs and marinas in Gibsons, Sechelt, Pender Harbour and Powell River on the Sunshine Coast, BC Canada.
Canadian Living Magazine offers up over 100 great online suggestion, recipes, and how to's with your salmon, from canning to poaching, baking, strudel, cakes, steamed, BBQ, prosciutto, pizza, salad & more.
Enjoy your seafood and salmon dinner!
Please remember to respect the ocean and all its life.
